To the rear of the house is a courtyard of traditional Dominican bricks with a stainless steel gas barbecue. From here a series of natural stone steps leads up through the rocks and trees to a very private, 39 jet, hot tub (with a host of modes, settings and lighting effects) that is built into the boulders.
