RATES: 2011/2012/2013 Low Season:    1^st Sept – 31^st Oct  -----------------------------------$1975 p.w. ($282.14 per night) Mid Season:     1^st Nov – 15^th Dec , 16^th April – 31^st Aug -------- $2175 p.w.($310.71 per night) High Season:     16^th Dec -15^th April -----------------------------------$2575 p.w ($367.82 per night) Rates are exclusive of BVI Govt tax @ 7% which is payable at the time of booking. A mid-week housekeeping service (Cleaning, replacing towels and linens etc is available on request at a rate of $75 per day. A deposit of 25% is required to secure booking which can be paid by credit card via Paypal on our secure online reservationkey system (a paypal account is not necessary). The balance is payable 45 days prior to arrival and can also be paid by credit card via Paypal. There is no additional service charge. *although this is a one-bedroom house there is a pull out sofa in the main room and extra bedding may be made available if required (max 4 persons).
